This place is horrible. The manager has the worst attitude in the world and the workers act as if their not at work. Your better off going to the other papa John's on parkway east. Never go here.

Papa Johns in CenterPoint AL has the worst customer service! I ordered a pizza for lunch May 15th to only get disappointed because my order didn't show. I contacted the store and spoke with the manager Josh to only get a oh well answer. He had no concerns that I was upset nor did he attempt to get my order to me. I will no longer order from this location!
Service is terrible, and always takes forever for delivery. Est.time Is never correct. Pizza is barely hot by the time it arrives.
Hubby and I ordered a medium pizza with extra extra extra extra sausage, mushrooms, onions, green peppers and 12 wings garlic parmesan flavored. THE FOOD WAS DELIVERED WITHIN 20 MINUTES AND IT WAS HOT AND ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS --- I GIVE THEM 5 BIG STARS AND A AMEN AGAIN !!!!!!! Gonna be ordering from them again this as weekend for sure !!!!!
